What is included in the free trial?

Trials start on our top Team Plan, giving you unrestricted access to all Kuoll features free for 14 days. At the end of your trial, we downgrade you to the free plan. But you can choose the free plan at the very beginning of using Kuoll.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. After you cancel your account you won't be charged again. No hard feelings.

What if we need more than 14 days to evaluate Kuoll?

If you haven’t purchased Kuoll before the trial ends, and you need a little more time, just let us know. We’re happy to extend your trial or you can choose the free plan.

What is a bug report?

A bug report is a record of user actions before the issue occurred. The record contains user-generated events, DOM changes, network requests, console, exceptions shown together as a series of causes and effects.

How easy is it to get Kuoll up and running on my web application?

Who sees my reports?
